Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for technical and business-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Source and assess candidates for various positions, particularly in software engineering and sales
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter for technical and business roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Solid understanding of technical role requirements and sales competencies in enterprise and public sector environments
• Experience with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with shifting priorities and tight timelines
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
