• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, particularly in the healthcare sector
• Support and coach leaders on performance management and employee issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources, focused on employee relations in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including healthcare-specific regulations
• Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion and empathy
• Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
