Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with training preparation and documentation for Talent Acquisition users and hiring managers
• Act as the functional expert for Workday Recruitment, supporting adoption and optimization post-launch
• Deliver training and guidance to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR staff while collaborating across global time zones

Required Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Workday HCM certification (Recruitment module preferred) is essential
• Experience with Workday HCM focused on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Hands-on involvement in implementation/training prep and post-go-live support for at least two large organizations
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and their integration with HCM
