Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to join its recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruiting
• Source, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles within hospitals
• Build relationships with veterinary technician programs and manage candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or healthcare setting
• Experience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment
• A passion for pets and people, with veterinary or healthcare experience being a bonus
