Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
• Oversee compliance with regulations and manage relationships with vendors and consultants

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to execute strategic total rewards programs in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with compensation structures and benefits programs
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and managing related filings and audits
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday and Workday Benefits
