Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Leave and Accommodation Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee leaves and workplace accommodations
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Provide support and education to employees and managers on leave and accommodation policies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience administering employee leaves of absence and workplace accommodations
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or administering employee benefits preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave regulations
  • Experience managing external leave and disability vendors
  • Proficiency in HRIS and case tracking systems, with experience in reporting and analytics preferred
