Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage highly skilled technical talent, focusing on software engineers
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines
• Conduct initial outreach, qualification, and phone screening calls with passive candidates

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technical sourcer in the software engineering space
• Proven expertise in various sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean search
• Strong research and analytical abilities to identify target companies and market trends
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools is a plus
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms
