Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the PBP team to ensure high-quality support while balancing strategic and tactical demands
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and translate them into actionable plans
• Oversee organizational design initiatives and drive change leadership efforts across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in HRBP leadership roles
• Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on tactical support
• Deep expertise in employee relations, leave management, organizational design, and performance management
• Strong track record of influencing senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and risk management
