Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources - Talent Management Student Program participant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, coordination, and evaluation of talent programs
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to talent metrics
  • Help maintain and update talent systems and tools
Required Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Currently a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior at an accredited college or university at the time of hire
  • Strong interest in talent development and HR strategy
