Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS to lead the evolution of their Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for key Workday modules and provide strategic support for HR programs
  • Partner with HR Operations to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and oversee system optimization
  • Lead a team of HRIS professionals and manage system testing, deployment cycles, and change management for Workday releases


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology with expertise in Workday HCM
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and oversee Workday configurations and manage complex HRIS initiatives
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members across diverse locations
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of translating technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Workday integrations and custom reporting
