Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Systems Analyst to optimize recruitment and onboarding workflows for service partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain high-quality Service Partner pools through collaboration with Operations teams

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Fountain
  • Ability to implement automation and process improvements in onboarding
  • Understanding of gig workforce dynamics and operational considerations
  • Quick adaptability to new software and systems
