Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to support compensation projects and programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and administer compensation programs, including salary structures and job evaluations
  • Manage projects related to annual incentive administration and market survey analysis
  • Provide analytical support and consultation on compensation trends and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation program analysis and administration
  • Experience with salary structure creation and management of company-wide projects
  • Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Workday system
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Automate is a plus
