Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Technical roles
  • Proficiency with ATS tools (Ashby or Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bonus: Experience hiring internationally or across multiple time zones
  • Bonus: Familiarity with hiring in fast-scaling SaaS environments
