Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of human resources experience, including 5 years as a People Business Partner
• In-depth knowledge of human resources practices and state and federal employment law
• Proven ability to coach and influence senior leadership
• Experience in dynamic scaling companies with a focus on strategic partnership
• Ability to leverage data and insights for talent strategy alignment
