Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client management with research and develop customer specific resolutions
• Build, maintain and audit benefits in the system
• Mentor and lead a team of analysts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 2+ years of experience with managed care benefits
• 2+ years of experience working within claims processing systems, guidelines and processes
• Must have the EPIC Tapestry Benefits Certification OR be able to obtain within 3 months
