Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist responsible for the administration of benefits, wellbeing, and retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor benefits inbox and assist associates with benefits-related inquiries and issues
  • Administer employer benefit portals and process urgent enrollments and life events
  • Support open enrollment processes and manage associate communication campaigns for wellbeing programs
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of job experience in employee benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws such as ERISA, FMLA, and PPACA
  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
  • Strong HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
