Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for the Go-to-Market (GTM) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to align with their hiring objectives and future needs
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and oversee candidate evaluation and offer generation
• Proactively source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines using data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles in technology or software companies
• Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficient in Workday, CRM tools, Boolean sourcing, and recruitment analytics
• Demonstrated competencies in talent assessment, market intelligence, and relationship building
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
