Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, coaching managers and employees
• Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and various HR administrative tasks
• Generate and analyze reports and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist and/or employee relations capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred but not required
• Strong foundation in HR practices with a focus on employee relations and client-facing support
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and multi-state employment practices
