Senior Director of Payroll

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Payroll & Benefits to lead payroll and benefits operations globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing and benefits strategy for U.S. and India-based employees
• Oversee employee of record (EoR) vendors and ensure compliance and accurate payroll delivery across multiple countries
• Build and maintain SOX-ready processes and documentation for payroll and benefits compliance

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, or total rewards, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a U.S. public company
• Expertise in U.S. payroll, multi-state operations, and statutory benefits
• Familiarity with India payroll and benefits programs and experience with international EoR vendors
• Experience with migrating U.S. payroll to ADP and involvement in SOX and audit preparation
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making processes
