Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and information to colleagues and leaders regarding HR policies and programs
• Administer and execute HR programs, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
• Conduct audits and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
• Human Resource certification is a plus
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
