Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various platforms and maintain accurate tracking of candidate activity using ATS and CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in sales or commercial roles within healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sales competencies and territory structures
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated ability to source and assess diverse candidate slates
