Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of benefits programs globally
• Manage and develop a global team to ensure consistent, high-quality program support
• Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, including 5+ years in global benefits management
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing international teams or regional benefits leads
• Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance and familiarity with benefit requirements across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada
• Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and RFP processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits or a comparable HRIS
