Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager and Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of programs and services in Work and Family Life Programs and Emergency Case Management Support
• Develop and maintain workforce schedules and coverage plans to align staffing resources with service demand
• Track key performance indicators and compile metrics for reporting to program leadership and contracting authorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience managing or supervising non-clinical educational social services programs
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Experience in coordinating emergency preparedness and response tasks
• Familiarity with staffing management and quality assurance processes
