Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Consultant who will manage leave of absence and accommodation processes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence and accommodation processes for clients' employees
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate eligibility and options to employees
  • Generate required notices and reports, providing updates on leave requests and statuses
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in leave of absence and ADA administration
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to manage groups with independent judgment
  • Internally motivated with a focus on professional growth
