Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to manage and execute Total Rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements strategies for total rewards, including compensation and benefits packages
  • Oversees employee benefit programs, payroll, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provides leadership and performance management to direct reports while managing vendor relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards
  • 3 years of experience using an HRIS system and compensation tools
  • 3 years of experience as a direct manager of people in Total Rewards
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation administration and U.S. benefits design
