Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brazil Payroll Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute routine payroll processing for Brazilian employees, including payroll taxes and benefit deductions
• Analyze current payroll processes, create SOP documentation, and recommend automation and compliance improvements
• Manage employee data processing and execute monthly payroll reporting and reconciliations in the SAP system

Required Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing in Brazil
• Familiarity with Workday HR management system and SAP
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance in Brazil
• Ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Experience in executing month-end reconciliations and journal entries
