Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for various roles across multiple business lines
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Engage with candidates to inform them about employment opportunities and keep them available for future roles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in sourcing or recruiting
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
• Strong understanding of talent markets and ability to develop hiring strategies under tight deadlines
