Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, People & Experience Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically consult with business executives to drive productivity, growth, and engagement
• Partner with leadership to align talent plans with business strategies and assess organizational needs
• Lead and mentor a global team of PXBPs, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with increasing scope as an HRBP or related function
• 6+ years of experience leading a team of HR professionals in a global environment
• Experience collaborating with COEs and senior business leaders to develop HR solutions
• Preferred experience providing HR partnership to global operations, including supply chain and logistics
• Demonstrated experience in implementing holistic talent plans and future-focused talent strategies
