Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of experience in HR and employee relations
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for HR programs
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
