• Manage full life cycle recruiting across various job requisitions including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates through multiple channels
• Partner with hiring teams to establish best practices and improve interviewing skills

Required Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting expertise with experience in Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and G&A roles
• Proven ability to engage passive talent and convert them into active candidates
• Strong business acumen to build partnerships with hiring managers and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Experience with recruitment technology and a desire to integrate AI into the talent acquisition process
• Background in healthcare technology is preferred
