Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist who will focus on operational aspects of HR technology and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and test SuccessFactors Compensation and Talent modules to support annual HR processes
  • Collaborate with HR teams to define requirements for technology enhancements and manage implementation projects
  • Provide guidance and solutions to optimize talent processes and improve user experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with HR technology platforms and analytics
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and reporting tools
  • Experience with Qualtrics 360 Platforms and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong consulting and project management skills
