Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to tier 1 inquiries on People processes and services, providing user support for People systems
• Tracks compliance status and conducts follow-ups on company requirements and initiatives
• Maintains knowledge of company policies and supports special projects to enhance team member experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in HR, Business, or Communications
• 1-3 years of related experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
• Strong professional judgment and ability to manage sensitive information
• Basic knowledge of business policy and employment laws
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
