Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates and manage a high volume of applicants
• Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews using behavioral questions
• Track and manage candidate information using spreadsheets and Applicant Tracking Systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of professional experience
• Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed
