Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist (remote- AZ, NM, OR).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
• Knowledge of Google (G-Suite) and other HR-related software
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong understanding of HR operations
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to HR operations
