Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager who is passionate about elevating the Talent Acquisition Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and optimization of a recruiting tech stack and processes to enhance recruitment metrics and insights
  • Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes, identifying new tools and technology to enhance operations
  • Manage and streamline incoming operations-related requests while ensuring data integrity and accuracy within TA systems
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years in recruiting operations
  • 3+ years of experience working with Greenhouse ATS
  • Proven experience in change management and the full lifecycle of tools implementation
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
