A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle payroll for approximately 250 employees, ensuring seamless semimonthly pay cycles
• Ensure compliance with multistate payroll regulations to support company expansion
• Develop and implement payroll-related policies to enhance efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of payroll experience with extensive knowledge of multistate compliance
• Proficiency in using Paylocity for payroll management
• Ability to draft payroll compliance policies and procedures
• Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Knowledge of employee relations practices
