People Operations Specialist - job 3 of 18

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle and ensure optimized HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process multi-company, bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee data in Workday HRIS
  • Initiate job postings, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience; experience in MSP or tech/consulting sector is a plus
  • Proficient in payroll processing with 2+ years of payroll experience preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance standards
