Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Operations Enablement Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and analyze complex assignments/projects for Talent Operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee and candidate experience
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate and optimize Talent Acquisition systems

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management
• Knowledge and experience with HR Systems
