Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to assist in the design, development, and implementation of global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Provide consultation to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on compensation-related matters
• Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive rewards and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent required
• At least 7 years of compensation experience, with global compensation experience preferred
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting
