Key Responsibilities

• Support validation of talent for key pipelines and provide strategic recommendations
• Design and implement talent experience programs and initiatives related to succession planning
• Utilize data analytics to assess business impact and prepare employees for future roles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development
• BA/BS degree required; master's degree preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
