Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all necessary checks and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, training programs, and facilitate sessions introducing company policies and culture
• Provide ongoing support to new hires, addressing questions and collecting feedback to enhance the onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
• Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for documentation compliance
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in onboarding
