Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, with 2+ years in leave of absence administration and HR compliance
  • Experience using Workday as an administrator
  • Experience or interest in managing DEIB initiatives
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with care
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
