Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner linking HR practices to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with leadership to provide strategic guidance on talent management and organizational design
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution, including leading investigations
• Provide HR functional expertise and support the planning and execution of HR programs and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10 - 12 years of related work experience, with 8 years in HR focusing on employee relations
• 3 - 5 years of experience managing a specialized program
• Extensive experience as an HR business partner or consultant
• Proven project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
