Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and verify bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws related to payroll
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy and support audits

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field; SHRM Certification preferred
• At least three years of HR-related experience required
• Proficiency in payroll processing and multi-state payroll tax knowledge
• General knowledge of employment wages and hour laws and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
