Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, physician/faculty recruitment, or healthcare recruitment
  • Master's Degree in healthcare or talent acquisition-related fields is preferred
  • Experience with academic medical centers or healthcare organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with faculty structures and credentialing processes is a plus
