Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to manage recruitment efforts and attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts for assigned facilities and service line vacancies
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and ensure effective job postings
• Develop recruitment strategies and manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience required, with a preference for executive level and healthcare recruitment
• Strong internet recruiting skills and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
