Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist - East.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings and interview scheduling
• Support employee relations by conducting investigations and resolving issues in line with policies
• Assist in the design and execution of HR and talent projects, including policy improvements and engagement surveys

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of international employment contracts and compliance requirements
• Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage multiple projects
