Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Data Specialist responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize the HRIS for accurate employee data management and reporting
  • Perform data entry, analysis, system audits, and troubleshooting to support HR operations
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associates degree in information systems, computer science, data mining, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in high volume data processing, analysis, and reporting
  • Preferred two years of experience in a human resources function
  • Experience with Infor/Lawson or Kronos HRIS systems strongly preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including macros, functions, formulas, and pivot tables
