Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and configures software requirements based on changing business needs
• Acts as system administrator for human capital management (UKG Pro) and applicant tracking systems (iCiMs)
• Oversees HRIS system governance to ensure compliance and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HRIS systems, including HCM and ATS platforms
• Advanced proficiency in UKG Pro/BI Cognos and iCiMs preferred
• Experience in a lean, private equity environment is beneficial
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred; HRIS certification is also preferred
• Project management certification is optional
