Develops, implements, and configures software requirements based on changing business needs
Acts as system administrator for human capital management (UKG Pro) and applicant tracking systems (iCiMs)
Oversees HRIS system governance to ensure compliance and data accuracy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with HRIS systems, including HCM and ATS platforms
Advanced proficiency in UKG Pro/BI Cognos and iCiMs preferred
Experience in a lean, private equity environment is beneficial
PHR or SPHR certification preferred; HRIS certification is also preferred
Project management certification is optional
