Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management to architect and enhance talent growth and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of performance management systems and foster a culture of feedback
• Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design and capability mapping
• Design and execute talent programs aligned with engagement, succession, and DEI initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Experience scaling talent practices in fast-paced environments, preferably in SaaS or private equity-backed firms
• Familiarity with performance frameworks and tools such as OKRs, Lattice, or CultureAmp
• Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and drive initiatives with urgency
• Demonstrated ability to advise executives and develop practical training programs
